4. The Assistant Deputy-Minister for Cultural Milieus is authorized to sign:

(1)  contracts for the acquisition of immovables;

(2)  authorizations referred to in sections 42, 48, 52, 64 and 65 of the Cultural Heritage Act (chapter P-9.002) and that involve the Government of Canada, its departments and agencies;

(3)  deeds, documents and writings listed in paragraphs 1 to 4 of section 5 and in sections 14, 17 and 18.

4. The Assistant Deputy-Minister for Cultural Milieus is authorized to sign:

(1)  contracts for the acquisition of immovables;

(2)  authorizations referred to in sections 31, 32, 48, 49 and 50 of the Cultural Property Act (c. B-4) and that involve the Government of Canada, its departments and agencies;

(3)  deeds, documents and writings listed in paragraphs 1 to 4 of section 5 and in sections 14, 17 and 18.
